Its a good thing you had your digital camera. Getting good pictures of the layout of where the accident took place should only help you that much more.

Just from looking at the pics and your descriptions its apparent to me you were not at fault. The way you describe it sounds like what I worry about all the time.. people coming up to a stop sign and me wondering if they are gonna stop or keep going and hit me.

Good job on not messing him up.. I can be pretty hot tempered sometimes so I might have tried to make his face match the front of his car.

Sorry to hear about your baby :( Keep in mind that material things can always be replaced/fixed; however human life cannot. The most important thing is that you are okay and nobody was hurt. I'm sure your car will be out good as new in no time

Good job with the pictures. After seeing them, it would take an idiot not to see it was the other guy's fault. If you had truly been at an excessive speed, both cars would have ended up in different positions and his car would have had a lot more damage. Too bad there were no witnesses to back up your side of the story, but the pictures are definitely going to help you.

I am sorry about your accident. By the pics, you can tell that it is not your fault at all. Addison is a crazy place to drive! Well, the Dallas area is a crazy place to drive. Some people are insane! I hope it all works out for you and you get you car back to the condition it was.
If you don't remember me, you helped me identify the color of my car in a previous discussion, which is the same as yours. We also live in the same area of town. I have not been back to the site until now. I am now registered and hope to talk to you more. Good luck with your car.

The owner shaved the emblem on one side and put them on the rear. :drinking:

Y'all!

Just want to let you know that my baby is finally out from the shop!
It looks and smells like new!

The Gen5 Camry is gone now. :(
It has only 2500 miles when I got it and it's now 9000 miles. :evilbat:
We took it to Mississipi over the weekend crossing Arkansas and Tennesse along the way. :drinking:
Short time but so much memories w/ that Gen 5.

I would like to thank to all of you for giving me moral supports
while my baby was in the shop and going through this incidents.
Y'all turned my bad day into sun shine. :bday:
