Are you sure it was 5? Anyhow

5 Cylinders, back in the day, were used to make the engine balanced and smoother. Nowadays, most 4 cyl engines are smooth =D

Why i know it is because my uncle bought a new vigor i was like cool..when i went back home to see it...it was basically nothing but the TL!

I don't know....I'm assuming that the vigor's also became v6 abroad? I don't know...i know the older ones' were 5 cyl here and there...but then they got rebranded here as TL and there they continued it under the vigor brand...And yeah, they have been discontinued for a year now back home. Honda Legend still continues (RL here).
