Which option will be best for me?

Buy a used S/C and other related things such as plugs, wires..etc..

Buy used TRD bodykit or new Revolution kit (ebay) + suspension package of Tokico/Eibach + Brembo slots rotors for front/rear + smoked tail lights

i would opt for option 2, b/c with speed you need to upgrade your braking system... so go with option 2 and throw in a set of SS braided brake lines.

I'll do all the installation myself with some help from friends. Maybe that's where I save money then.
