Running out of Gas

Postby Sentinel » Fri Mar 19, 2004 10:15 am

When I was test driving Solara to determine which one was mine, one of the cars I rode in was running out of gas. The Fuel Low light was on, and the car would hesitate on accelleration. I drove it for about a mile with the engine running on fumes, or perhaps just sucking air every now and again: The moral of this story? Apparenly Solara will give you plenty of warning when you're REALLY out of gas. None of that "RRRrrrrrrrCLUNK" that I've experienced on other cars. (My Probe? gave me about 3 seconds warning)
