Well since he has a white car, and from what I can see in the picture using my super-forensics skills, it looks like there is white paint on your bumper. Now you should check his front bumper for red paint! Im sure it would stick out pretty nicely on an all white car. Stake out his garage when he comes home or leaves his house and peep his bumper. If you see the bloodstain, I think that strengthens your argument considerably.

I'm sure that waiting for his car to come out from his garage is the only way for me to take a further step in the future.
