Alright j steed, calm down. Lets not demean people on the boards. Lets keep this about the cars and not attack people.

I have that list available down to the time it takes to perform the maneuver and etc. If you honestly think your car will run better by servicing it at Toyota, I feel sorry for you guys. But for those who know which maintenance items to perform and replace at the right intervals, you guys have a head up on keeping your Toyota for a long time. But hey, we all spend our money the way we want to spend it, right? :D

Geesh..i didn't come on board for one day, and you guys took it to three pages! ( :o ) no no ryan i think you misunderstood my last comment..I agreed w/ droomyster that a nicely maintained car runs longer, but it doesn't need to be 'dealer maintained'....(thought you were also referring to me as well...as you said..."felt sorry for you guys" since i was the other guy there. but like they say, to every dog...his own bone!

I didn't feel like reading all the bickering, but everyone, "Chill!"

If you know how to fix and maintain your car good for you. If you don't, that's not a big deal either. Some people have the time to learn new tricks while other people make their money because they know their own tricks. Is the mechanic going to think any less of the doctor who doesn't know how to change his oil when the mechanic is in the hospital having a heart attack?

My point is that every individual is integral to our global economy and is just another piece of a grander greater machine. We all have our skills and talents.

Without knowing each other and each other's circumstances, how dare you judge?
