How much did you pay for your Gen 1-1.5 Solara?

Got mine two years ago for nothing. It was my graduation present from my mom and stepdad. Best dern present I've ever gotten I have to say too. Had a little over 30k when I got it and now she's got a little over 81k.

before i had it it was never driven in the rain well it was hardly driven at all

Hello guys... 2day is my first day joinin this fourm.. yeah got my Solara a week ago as a grad present from my uncle.. yeah he owns a delership up in Penn. i live in VA.. it has 90,000 some miles on it.. and the car it's in great con.. it's a 99 SE V6 pics on the way.. im in school right now.. haha

in 02 i bought a certified silver 99 sle V6 with 38K

sale price was $16,500 before taxes,

after taxes and all (extra care) i paid ~$19k

i swear buying from dealers suck.

Bought mine 1 month ago..
2000 SLE V6 with every option, moonroof, leather, jbl 6 disc, etc
Paid 9k talked down from 12k but with 100k miles
Also has the gold emblems, not sure if that really means anything?
Drives like brand new..... stock for now

Well for me I'm hoping to be a new toyota solara owner today! I'm about to go check it out, its gonna be a 2000 pearl white V6 sle for around 11-12 g's with 18,000 miles on it. Wish me luck....

Got mine on October 2nd of 1999

Bought as 2000 model w/ 4mi on the odometer.

Paid 25,300 out the door (damn dealer markups)

Solara SEV6 + sport package (moonroof, spoiler, and power seats) + jbl premium sound package

I dont know why i got the jbl package, b/c i changed my system a month after.. anyways through these years, my car done did lots of change.

Anyways, total cost wise I spent tons of flo on this ride:

$1500 - VIS Ground Effects (install+paint)
$1400 - Akuza 18" + Dunlop Tires
$1650 - 15" Kicker Solo + 1000Wx1 1-ohm; Pioneer Premier head unit; Pioneer 6x9 300w 4-way + MB Quarts Components + 500W (125Wx4) amp.
$100 - tint
$600 - TRD clutch + install
$150 - CF Taillights
$450 - Custom dual muffler (piping+installation)
$350 - TEIN Lowering springs

$6200 <~ DAMN! didnt know i spent that much.. now that I look at it, it was pretty bad..

All in all, my car took 31,500 of my money. It was badass and sweet back in 00-02, but damn, coulda bought me a Z.
