Passenger door

Passenger door

Hello guys,
I just need a quick help. One of my friend who is sitting in the passenger side opened the door very aggresively and the door started making noises after then. I tracked down the noise and i found that the screw which connects the door the body got loosened.
Even though i tried to tighten it a couple of times, it keeps getting loose. It makes a distinct noise while opening and closing door which makes me sad. I was loving this car and now it looks like "so cheap"

what should i do to make this thing go away? where should i take it and how much can it cost me?

thanks a lot for every help

we have frameless windows. In essence it enhanses the beauty, but can come under 'stress' when not used properly. Where are you tightening the screw - could it be the threads are worn out? My celica did the same (the screw was behind where the driver would normally sit, and where the loor latches on to the body of the car (NOT TO BE CONFUSED with the screws on the frontside). All i did was loosen the screw and bang it with a hammer (as per a bodyshop's recomendation). As per them...this scew and the latch set the door alignment with the body..essentially i was told that the using the hammer would set it nicely. To my amazement it DID! (BTW: the celica also has frameless window with their door's)

I think ahmett said the problem is where the door meets the body, at the front hinge. Basically the door has been "sprung". This sounds like a bodyshop repair.
