is that you'll never when the sumnumbnumbbitch is gonna fall right the hell off! i had a JIC 505SUS bullet exhaust and it never really did anything odd. . .till last night. as i was leaving 24hr fitness, the damned thing just fell off at midpipe! after a long night of workin' out i was NOT in the mood for wrenching.

so now i fixed the problem, but i was wondering if it will fall off again. i tightened it as much as i could, but because it hangs so low, i fear it may happen again. what's the best solution to ensure it won't fall off?

there's no way it can just fall off like that. if it's true, then i find that REAL hard to believe.

were the bolts still there when you had a look under?

loosen the bolts, adjust how you want it, hold that position by having a friend of use a jack stand and re-tighten.

My exhaust is fully welded so it won't be fallin off anytime soon (unless a weld happens to break which seems highly unlikely).

yep, the bolts were still there. i tightened that badboy when i installed it with my breakerbar and made sure that stuff wouldn't come off. someone suggested that maybe someone tried to steal the exhaust but i doubt it; i parked between 2 cars.
