.. it's taking it about 2-3 seconds longer!! Waz up with that?? Lately I've noticed that I have to crank it for about 2-3 seconds longer (maybe 5) for it to start, and once it starts everything is cool ... do you guys think I should be concerned? I just hope this is not an early symptom for something else. Thanks in advance for your replies.

Sounds like the battery. Go to Autozone/Advanced Auto to get it checked for free.

What does your air filter look like? When was the last time you had a tune up? Is your throttle body dirty? If you're in the cold, wet, rainy, snowy northeast, you might want to think about putting some water removal additive in your gas tank. Hey if it's turning over it's getting fire, maybe weak fire but fire.

Good Luck!

I read ur thread, but my car does start ... just kinda slow so I'm not sure it could be the same, unless your car would take a while prior to when it finally died on u, did u experience something like that?
