coolant and air filter

coolant and air filter

I was just checking my oil, and some other fluids, and noticed that my coolant was not only very low, but somewhat slushy......
and seemed to be clogging up the flow to whereever it goes.
As far as i know it probably hasn't been flushed, unless the dealer did it before we bought it used a couple years ago with round 20k miles. it now has about 45k. Also, i was wondering how to open the cover to the air filter, i can only seem to get a peak at it by unclipping 2 clips closest to the frame of the car.
are there tutorials for flushing coolant and checking the air filter?

thanks

there are clips on the other side that you need to 'slide' off for the airfilter. And do a coolant flush, there is a tutorial under teh DIY section!
