Water Pump and CV Boots

I've got over 103K and still going strong on my '99 SE V6 with no problems. But how long can I expect my water pump to last? Yes, I've changed my coolant (last summer), changing it again this summer, and replaced my timing belt. With proper care, how long should it go for? Any experiences for anyone?

How about with the CV Boots? Anyone had their cracks prematurely? Long long did they last prior to them cracking?
