Never and I've changed pulleys, belts and had major engine mods without any problems.

Are you talking about that sqeeky,rusty, countinuous sound? I usually get it after it rains or when the car is on idle if thats what your talking about

belt tensioner on the 2AZ (02+) is a TSB!

Make sure they are replacing it with the updated tensioner!! pos cost me $140 (employee) to fix =[

Somethings loose dudio..It shouldnt be the belt. See that everythings line up right. That or a bearings broken somewhere.
