Rear Bumper

I was parked outside a store tonight and someone ran in to my rear bumper. There's a big dent on the drivers side by the tailight. I was wondering how easy it would be for me to remove the bumper and pop the dent back into place? Any instructions would be great!

6 bolts remove the plastic panels on the inside of the trunk and u should see them run along the edge. i think 10mm remove them and the plastic clip on the outside under the bumper and it comes off.

One time someone backed into me, i made the mother f'er pay me 500 bucks cuz i got it estimated at a shop, i dont understand why you dont make the punks pay for things like that

Also fyi, the foam absorber may need to be replaced, if its smashed then it wont help you anymore, so you may need a new one.
