Homelink programming question

Homelink programming question

Postby ChiroCop » Sat Dec 14, 2002 6:54 pm

Does anyone know if there's a way to program one of the Homelink buttons on the visor to open the trunk? I had the dealer install an alarm (CheckMate) and one button on the alarm remote opens the trunk when held down. I just can't seem to get that remote button captured by the Homelink system.

i think that only for the 2002 and 2003 solara because the gen1 solara didn't come with keyless trunk

I gotta say, that's one thing I hate. How you you have to use the remote to disable the alarm, and then use the key to open the trunk. Kind of a pain when you're carrying stuff to put in the trunk.
