lastnight i was driving home and had some pressure on the stick and it randonmly went into gear w/o using the clutch, so i tried this more and more and now i can drive it w/o using the clutch.... how awesome is that.. ofcourse its shifts slowly cuz i have to wait i guess for the gears to be synchronized but its still awesome

Geesh! :o My suggestion would be for you to buy a tiptronic tranny for your next car purchase...(this way you could do what you've been doning here)...only thing with that tranny you won't abuse as you've been doing to your solara!

It's called rev matching...where the RPM of the tranny and engine are going the exact same speed. It's do-able if you are not driving in a hurry. :D Definitely a good skill!

Isn't rev matching used for quick shifting while racing?? I've heard this from somewhere...
-19" Konig Tantrum rims.. Sitting in the garage waiting for tires..
-TRD springs.. Sitting in the garage waiting for struts..
-Conrero aluminium foot pedals.. Sitting in the garage due to my laziness.

No it's not, rev matching is only for slow driving only. You have a greater risk of grinding gears trying to rev match while racing since your window of opportunity to shift is much smaller to match the RPMs.
