Injectors Ticking...Please help

I have the 2AZ-FE VVT-i engine. I just got my Solara about a month ago and noticed some ticking/rattling sound coming from the engine bay. I brought the Solara to the shop to have it inspected and turned out the waterpump was going bad and they figured that the sound was coming from that area so they replaced it. The sound was still there...
So I brought it back again and was told that thier was some sound coming from the belt tensioner. So they replaced that and the serp belt as well. The sound was still there so the car went to get inspected by a local Toyota dealer. They said that the sound is normal for these engines and its normal valve tapping. They went ahead and checked the valves and the measurements were fine. (.010-.011 Intake, .013-.015 exhaust)
I went ahead and took a stethoscope and found that the majority of the ticking is coming from the injectors. The sound is like pinto beans rolling around in a tin can. If I were to rev the engine up to 2000rpm then let it drop back down to idle, you would hear it ticking and then it would rattle when almost near idling rpm.
The sound really gets on my nerves because it doesn't sound normal. It almost sounds like its coming from under the car but I hear it at the injectors. If you were driving with your windows down you would hear it. I almost think its coming from the exhaust system as well? The sound is similiar to when your Catalitic converter breaks its core and starts rattling like crazy.
