Recommendation for new tires on 99 solara sle

Postby tglove » Wed Oct 26, 2005 12:37 pm

i think i'm almost through my stock tires (~60k miles on the odo) and i'm getting some vibration in my steering wheel (see separate thread) so i'm in need of some good all season tires for my 99 sle...

i'm actually in an area with quite a bit of snow during winter (toronto)...can anyone recommend good winter tires or all-seasons that have made it nicely through winter?

I can't say I've ever had 'em in the snow, but they are M&S rated:
BF Goodrich Traction T/A , I put 215/55R16 on, but I think you could go with 215/60 (or even stick with the 205/60)
They beat the heck outta Michelin MXV4 dry and wet.

I tried 205/55 before and the gap between the fender and wheel was ridiculous.
