My passanger door is scraping the side when opened. I think the bolts are loose so its on an angle :| I gotta go by my toyota dealer some time soon.

I think the door hinge rides on plastic bushings that need to be replaced after a while.

sometimes when I close my door the top of the window scrapes the black molding and doesnt close.

that's an easy fix for the dealer. basically, your window is coming up too high, they just have to adjust the window stops.

not only have other people had that problem, I had that problem!
started the day i got it (6/27/02). all that has to be done is pop the door panel off, lower the window stops like 1/8" and its money!

No that's not always the case. The black molding likes to drop down further than it should since it contracts/expands during different times of the year. I only have this problem when its winter.
