If you can make that kind of power off the 4 cylinder, then you'll be way up there. I believe Gabes car puts somewhere in the low 300's to the wheels. Keep in mind weight plays into this all, numbers aren't everything. Cars with more HP will lose to lighter cars with better drivers.
What kind of turbo are you putting on and what kind've psi are you looking to run? The 2.4 2-AZ can be built to a ridiculous extent, but for a lot of money. I believe Kenny Tran built a tC to over 500 whp, which is crazy, so looking at it that way, yes it is very possible, but you'll need a lot of money into it. How fast you are is going to depend entirely on the efficiency of your setup, the amount of boost you're running, and how good of a driver you are (assuming you're MT).
Keep us all posted though, I'm very interested to see how this goes as I believe you'll be the first turbo 2.4L Solara, I could be wrong, but I'd like to see the full potential of that engine in our cars.
