Today when I was drivimg my brake light came on and I checked the brake and it was off. So I stoped pulled the brake and then released it all the way and the light was still on. Then when I was driving suddenly it went off. Then I drove the car again later and the same thing happened. I never use my brake so it shouldn't be that it's not disengaging all the way.

Is it just that I need more fluid?

your brake light is comming on because you need to add brake fluid to your car. The same thing happened to me a couple of months ago if you take it to the dealer they will top it off for you for free.

Yup its the brake fluid, I had the same problem in my camry a few weeks ago, add a bit of fluid and it'll be fine!

i would check the link that NASTY gave you, of your brake light is on, there's more going on in your than merely low brake fluid.

I thought the same thing, but the weird thing is that when your brake fluid goes low, even though it doesn't look that low, add some fluid to it and bring it to the max line. I just went through this a few weeks ago, so I speak from experience, trust me! :)
