Any suggestion on a set of relatively light, strong, and not overly expensive 18" rims? I don't know if there are any like that but just thought someone might know. Thanks!

Get forged rims if you want light and strong.

who maufacters forged rims? i know volk racing makes very light rims, but they are expensive depending on the size

you can check out the SSR rims, they're semi-solid forged and very light.
i've got the SSR competitions which look great too.
