CEL code p0171...

CEL code p0171...

Postby xSolarax » Thu Mar 02, 2006 11:01 pm

Just recently my cel light came on and I went to Advanced Auto and got the code analyzed on a DTC....I was just wondering if anyone else here has has had P0170 and what your experience was. The slip said (system too lean (bank 1).... I know what bank 1 means and not getting enough fuel. I was thinking it was either it was a bad 02 sensor or a bad fuel injector. thx :drinking:

yep. same thing happend to me altho i never replaced it. when the code was on i about half floored it and i think there might have been some build up on it and it blew off. but id try cleaning it first before replacing it.
