I searched, briefly, so forgive me if it has been asked before.

My brakes seem to be whistling(lol, seriously) when I brake in Reverse, ie, pulling out of the drive way.

No noise when in Drive, only in reverse...don't think it's normal, or is it?

Yes, I suppose it is a squeak but like..it has a high pitch and is long (cuz i have my foot on the brake cuz theres kids and other cars passing alot) so kina sounds like a whistle

is it just cause im not pushing the brake in all the way?

I just got the car a last thursday x_x the lady said she had the pads checked and they had more than 50% still left, I'll go get it checked tmrw I guess, would I really need to replace rotors? It's doesn't even 50,000 miles yet =|

edit: as calreef said, squeal, I'll record it for you :P, unlike calreef, I don't get any squeals when in Drive.

A lot of vehicles squeak in the AM hours when you first use your brakes. If you park next to a sprinker system, or due/moisture from overnight..are signs why normal cars squeak.

As long as there is plenty of pad left and you don't experience shaking while braking (or car leaning towards one side when braking) your good to go!
