Different Oil Grade?

Different Oil Grade?

Well besides my other post about the darn Brake/Rotor pricing from the dealership. I told the service rep to use the oil that I brought but when I check the recipt, it states that they used Chevron Oil 5w30. When I was the phone, i asked wut the recommended Oil grade was and stated 10w40 which I got from AutoZone which was Mobil1 10w40 grade. Is this going to hurt my engine as it was using 5w40 for the winter time. Its going to get hotter here in the desert soo uhh  Dealership blooper?

Also checked my trunk in case they left me some of my oil so they seemed like they did use it or so I think. The recipt is misleading me..... Wish I had a house and garage to do this work but doing it in an apt complex is kind of against the Apt rules if caught.

Did a lil digging around Mobil1 and actually a 5w30 was recommended for my type of Gen1 with a 5SFE. I'm confuzzzeelled......... :o

Only use 30 weight, I would use 10w30 though in the summer for Arizona. I wouldn't want to run very thin oil in that hot temperature.
