Hey, say if you mount bigger speakers say in your trunk can you disconect the rear 6x9's and connect to any size bigger without having to add an amp?

Not sure what you are trying to do here.

If you're hooking up to another size of full range, mid range (crossed), or component speakers you should be all right, as long as they don't have a funky ohm load.

On subs, I wouldn't bother. The 1st reason is due to lack of power. Even a powerful CD player will only give you 22-35watts RMS, while most subs want like 75-100 watts Min RMS. They would work, however I don't think you would be very happy with the output. 2nd you need a crossover for subs. I have seen some decks with built in crossovers, but in this case it comes back to power.
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.

Infinity reference or perfects. If they are reference hook them up to the stock stereo, if u bought the perfects which i doubt, get them an amp. Also the subs WILL need an amp to run

Like Yanks said, you need an amp for subs. With the extra battery it depends. I don't know if that amp has a current regulator or not and that is sometimes a factor. I am drawing 400 watts@4ohm RMS on my system on a completely stock electrical system, no capacitor or anything, and my OEM battery and alternator are still ticking away after 80k with my stereo. If you notice minor light fad when the bass hits you might want to look into a capacitor or a yellow top before adding a battery. Also, good quality power and ground wires helps alot! You could also be over driving the amp, that gain knob is not a volume knob :D . Adding a battery can get pretty crazy with the battery isolators and grounding etc. Hope this helps.
