Not bad. Not my style though. I don't care for how the spokes run over the lip. Otherwise decent choice.

Tires

Postby JMSinMaryland » Mon Jul 10, 2006 1:50 pm

I personally have Yokohama Avid H4's with 225/40 18 on an 18x7.5 Konig Unknown with a 45 mm offset. I love these tires. Before I had Pirelli P7000 SuperSports (same size tire, same size wheel) but on a Konig Verdict. Those were great tires but they don't make them anymore. I like the Yoko's so much Im getting a 225/55 16 for my 16x7 BBS wheels which I use for winter time. The Yokos have a treadwear warranty of 60,000 miles and have a 500 treadwear rating, i.e. these are lasting a long time. Unless they stop production of the Avids Im not going anywhere else. It's tough to find a high quality tire that isn't just about the look of the tread vs. being a decent tire. I've also put them on my parents cars and mother in laws car as well (though not in 18" ) Good luck. Jon.

The rims you posted first I dont really like personally, but they would look fine on your car since they are a five spoke. I personally would stay away from motegi and konig wheels. I think most of the designs look tacky. In not saying they are bad, but I see them too much on the road. Check out something like kazera wheels, you can get them at tirerack.com. I like these ones

Also try www.kazera.com
