Hey guys I'm having a little problem with my Solara these days....
everytime I turn the steering wheel all they way to left or right, it will make a high pitch metal squealing noise thats is coming to the wheel area it feels like my wheels are rubbing the struts, does anyone here are having the same problems? better yet does anyone know what causes thats sound thanks

its "metal" squealing?? thats strange.... cuz normally if you hear metal squealing from the wheel area, it would be bad rotors/brakes depending if you apply brakes or not...

but if you turn and hear it... it may be tires rubbing the strut or fender well.... but did you upgrade tires or something??? if you still have stock tires or replaced with same size tires, it shouldnt happen

if the sound come out only while your car is moving, and it goes away when you apply your break, it could be break pads.
when the break pads worn out, a metal piece scrape the break disk to notify that the break pads are worn out.

mine did that and i didn't know why, until someone point out what it is.

I could come by to take a look. If you need parts or service, I got a friend in Tacoma that's a mechanic for a Toyota dealer that gets parts for cheap, and if need be, he'll install anything for ya for cheap. Just had him do my timing belt and water pump not too long ago, HELLA CHEAP.
But ya, let's take a look, nobody else here can help ya with that lol
