Some of the ones in my auto climate control aren't working so I went to the dealer today to order some new ones.. figured they were going to be expensive from dealer.

I ordered three of the bulbs, with three green covers for a total of... .36 cents. They were like .11 cents each.

I was amazed and so was the dealer. He said you won't ever walk out of here with that price on any other part. lol

I think they are 1.4watts or somethin like that.

36 cents? Maybe these dealerships are finally getting it about replacement parts.

I had to replace a fuse a month ago, and the new low-profile mini fuses that Toyota is apparently using aren't available in ANY of the auto parts stores or retail stores in the area.

I had to go to the dealership and thought I was going to get royally screwed.

Total bill? $1.69. I can live with that.

Thats what I thought was going to happen. get screwed.

The dealer could not believe it was so cheap either, and he said the day before he sold some for a camry that was 4 or 5 dollars each.

So I took my three and left. I like paying cheap!

Rule of thumb:

if its cheaper than expected: shut up, pay, and run
if its more expensive than expected: you got to :bad-words:
