Right tire size?

I need to know what would be the recommended tire size on a 15 X 7 wheel. Would a 205/50R-15 tire or a 225/50R-15 be better?
My only concern is I don't want to snap axles with these drag racing tires. Im going to use BFG's T/A drag radials. Thanx
