Haynes says every 30k or 2 years: API GL-4 or GL-5 75W-90 gear oil.

This info should be in your owners manual as well.

At one time I found a .PDF that describe all toyota maintenance intervals, but can't seem to find it, nor get the hardcopy I have to fit into my modem port.

Not for a manual transmission. A manual trans is almost service free.

Try looking here for fluid
