so my friend has a '99 dwp SLE with 125k and he's had this problem for a while now but the carpet behind the passenger seat is always wet for some reason. even if nothing has spilled, his carpet is always wet in that area. to his knowledge, this has not affected how the car runs. but we were wondering if any of you knew what this could be and how would we go about fixing. he is planning on selling it soon or trading in for a tacoma.

thanks! meL

Its probably the ac drain and it is out of place and its dripping into the passenger area. Take out the carpeting in front of the front passenger seat and youll see a hose located to the left.
