I got into a accident, and now my passenger door opens halfway due to the fender being pushed in. Does that assure me that i suffered frame damage in the accident?

Maybe not. You should have a mechanic look at it.

Frame damage occurs when 'the frame of the car is damaged' if you get into a fender bender and your fender was dendet...then its doesn't necessarily affect the frame (unless it was a serious fender-bender). Take it to a body shop. Most fender damages are cosmetic unless its from the frontside.

Not all frame damage is visible...sometimes it is...sometimes its not...Remove the panal and see behind it! Simple: To be honest, if your asking all these questions...a body shop can look and tell you (a quote for free!!!!).
