I couldn't find the previous discussion about replacing this..has anyone done it? Are the camry and solara motors interchangable?..all toyotas the same?

I did it not long ago... its really easy, you just take the plastic piece off that stretches across the bottom of the windshield and hood and then unbolt these long metal bars with a motor attached to it... you'll know how to fix it as soon as you take that plastic piece off

Yes, about 80% of the Camry parts are interchangeable with the Solara, but probably not say... The Sequoia or Corolla. The best way to find out is to get the factory part number and match it with the other car.

Is there any way to cross reference a part #? I have the part number for the windshield wiper motor and would like to see if the camry, avalon etc motor's work..

Part # - 85110-0630

I want to hit the junkyard this weekend as Toyota charges $225 for the part, and NAPA makes me send mine back and have it rebuilt.
