Will Gen1.5 TRD front lips fit Gen1?

Does anyone know what mods would be required to the Gen 1.5 TRD Front lips to make them fit on a Gen 1 front? I bought these a while back, and was told that they would fit, but my body shop is telling me no way. Thanx

Thank you for the quick reply. I have a feeling that the 3M tape will keep coming off, so I may try to see these to a Gen 1.5'r and see if I can pick up a set of the Gen 1 fronts.

Anyone know where i might be avle to get one? I will also post a WTB ad, oh, and a FS. Thanx
