my 1999 sle has 150K, recently i cleaned up throttle body and IAC valve which helped Rpm and Idle but with my car totally warmed up it bearly touches 1000 and never go lower,
1) what should i do about it? any suggestions?
2) my front lower control arms busings are worn out and called toyota they say i have to buy entire control arm for it, is it true or i could purchase bushings and replace them? if i can replace just bushings are these the right ones?

I replaced my front control arm bushings last summer...i just ordered them from the dealership for around $30 each i think. The were the hockey puck ones - the rear bushing in the front control arm.

It was a pretty easy DIY buy you need a press or strong vice to get the new ones in. And you def dont need to replace the entire control arm. BTW, what price did the dealership quote you?

well dealership quoted me for around ~147.00 each control arm, my friend are you sure that you replaced LOWER control arm bushings not UPPER? reason i am asking because the dealership said they come along it and can't be purchased apart. can you be specific or send me a link if you know which one they are so i can order them to.. my car is 1999 SLE V6.
