Removing Intake Resonator

Postby FLASH » Fri Jul 18, 2003 12:41 pm

I think it was on here that I read you can remove the intake resonator. Something about it being by the drivers side front wheel and it was size of a volleyball. If I can find the thread I'll post it, but I was wondering if/who removed it, how much louder it makes the intake, if it provides any more power and also, most importantly, how to do it. Thanks all

i did it also. its pretty easy, just take out the plastic cover by the wheel to access it. theres only 2 screws holding it. its a white box. as for hp gain, no, i doubt it does anything. maybe a fraction of a hp gain, but who knows. i was just really bored, so i did it
