i was checking my fluid levels today and :o
my brake fluid had a bit of black fluid floating up top (like oil floating on water)

any idea what it could be?
what should i do about it?

or maybe that's my clutch fluid :-?
it's in the far (nearest to the windshield) right corner, i think maybe the break fluid is right infront of it

Brake fluid cap should be closed so nothing can flow inside... I suggest you use a suction pump to get the black stuff out.

toyota made it easy on us, all reservoirs are labeled! read the cap, it'll tell you what it is.
