18" BBS Wheels/Tires

I am wondering if anyone can give me some info on how to obtain a set of the 18" BBS wheel/tire package that is coming on some camry's. I think it is just an appearance package put on by dealer. I went to my local dealer and the parts guy tried to tell me it gets put on at port down in Jacksonville, FL. Man, that sucks, I really like those wheels and with the michelin tires, that is a hell of a package, and the funny thing is it is $1600 on the sticker...can anyone give me some info???...Thanks.
