question concerning new tires, alignment, rotors, brakes, ..

Hey guys,
My 02 se v6 (around 85k miles) has been treating me very well, but it is in need of some TLC. My tires need to be replaced. A few of them aren't wearing evenly (definitely the front driver side). The driver side front breaks wear much faster than the rest. I tried replacing the rotor, but it didn't help. Anyway, since the tires are low, I figured I'd take it to NTB (or a competitor?), get 4 new tires balanced, and possible do more.

Should I have them replace my rotor(s)? It seems to only be the front driver side that had issues. Should I replace my struts and springs as well? I feel like someone told me that there's no point in aligning our back wheels, is that true?

Should I have them do something with my brake fluid?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
