Loose power seat work around

Like some of you, my power seat will rock or snap back and forth when I accelerate and brake. I found that there is some backlash in the motor drive to the up/down seat movement. If the last movement is in the up direction, then the seat movement is reduced considerably.

Thanks for posting the tip, I will try it out. That seat problem was starting to annoy me last time I drove my Solara.
