Hey, I'm starting to get a lil squeaky and am looking into some new pads. I've heard good things abt the Hawk HPS pads, but don't really know what to look for in buying them. Are they model specific? Anyone know a place to get some good prices on them?

Thanks

two things are happening to make your brakes squeel

1) The brake grease that is used in the pads and moving parts to absorb vibration is almost gone

+

2) The pads are almost out cauzing the pads to vibrate heavily during braking causing the squeel

If you dont feel like splurging on brake pads than I do not think that Hawk, Porterfield, EBC, etc. are not for you... Your better off w/ OEM pads.. but if you do get the higher dollar pads... It is well worth it
