I second that... If all your worried about is losing your comfort in your ride then leave as is

Its all common sense that when you want performance, your gunna sacrifice some ride quality

First of all, have you driven your car with the 19's yet? My guess is that if you want comfort, you're not going to be very happy driving around with the 19's. Those are strictly for looks. You won't have much comfort due to the very small sidewall, and you'll always have to be careful going over bumps, potholes and railroad tracks to keep from bending the rims.

Second, any time you lower the car, you will compromise the ride quality because you've reduced he suspension travel. With the stock wheels and tires, and even with 17's, it's not too noticeable because you're starting with such a soft stock suspension. You've got to be ready for a harsher ride with 18's and 19's, especially if you lower the car.

As for the KYB's, I know some people have used them and not had a problem with them. They're actually not much firmer than the stock struts, so they'll keep the ride a little more comfortable than some other struts. Most people with our car have been happiest with Tokicos or Bilsteins, both of which give a firmer ride than the KYB G2's. I don't think that there's anything wrong with the KYB's, it's just that for performance purposes, the Tokicos or Bilsteins probably work better with lowering springs.

Thank you for the info the ride change a little bit with the 19s but its not bad but you are right about the bumps I try to be vary carefull with the big bumps and drive ways but that is a small price to pay I love the way it looks .But to me it looks like it needs to drop an 1" but if you think it will make it a lot wors I think I will leave it with the stock springs . the next thing I want to do is ether supercharger or trd body kit ,Iv got 67,000 on my car I dont no if putting the supercharger on my car will do any harm anything :D thanks agin

I hope that I didn't steer you in the wrong direction. If you're already riding on your 19's and don't find the ride quality too bad, then you probably won't notice that much of a change with lowering springs. That's assuming that you don't drop the car too much. If you keep the drop to around 1.5", you will probably be fine, especially if you're going with the KYB struts. You really should lower the car a little. It will look a lot better.
