I need some help here, after I install a new circut board on the speedometer, it seems like the gas gauge is not working anymore, no matter how many miles i drove, it's just stay at the same level, anyone can help? the good thing is i know how many mile the car runs per gallon on average..but ...yea..help... :cry:

Did you buy the new one used or new? If you got it used maybe they were selling it because the gas gauge didn't work? Kind of sleezy but you never know!

EVERYTHING OTHER thing is fine, lights working, temp stay normal when normal and cold when is cold, i just replaced the circut board (the green sheet on the back of the speedometer...and i'm using my own one...i tried using different screws, but it's the same...

I would take out the green sheet and put it back again and make sure all connections are good.

Did you touch the needles at all when u changed the circuit board.

When I installed white face gauges on my friends mustang, the gas needle was put on too hard and it wouldn't move. If thats the case, fill up and then put the needle on lighter

no, i only change the green board where the light bulbs were..i haven't touch the needle, maybe it's the screw...which i don't think the problem...can someone here works for toyota and ask about it? I'm very desperate on this..thanks y'all
