I went to my nearest Toyota dealer. For their major services, they have an item call chassis lube? does anybody know what does that include?

I haven't taken my car into dealers in a loooooong time since I did all of regular oil change, coolant replacement, and other check this and check that stuff...so I am wondering if it's worthwhile to take it to the dealers and have them check this and check that once in a while?
