someone please help me disable my DRL's. i know that there is many posts about this and ive been to them all. ive pulled the gray plug under the hood and it disabled the DRL's for a while but now. ive even tried krook's plug it in for a few mins method and it still dosent work

whats the best way to fix this for good? ive heard to keep your ebrake up 1 notch or go under the dash and pull somthing.

please help me out. thanks in advance

You mean to tell me that you unhooked a wire and somehow the current can find it's way through the air and complete the circuit still? You got to be freaking kidding me. Either fully unhook the wire or use the search function to get the TSB on how to disconnect at the ECU.

yes is unhooked and it still works. it has me stumped.

Either the wire is not really disconnected or what you are seeing is not your DRL but really your headlights. The DRL's can't light up if there is no power to them. Plain and simple as that.

Did you unplug the sensor on the dash??
5-speed V6.

some folks have that problem with HID only. not normal halogen.

Thats not true. Some people wtih HIDs have reported that DRLS are back on. I believe it has to do with the balast reconnecting the circuit.
