How could I safely remove the plastic pieces that wrap around the door jamb and lower quarter panel. Mine are turning brown and look very bad on my white car. Should I replace them? I can't see any use for them.

Wussup Bro....I just took those pieces off my car it it left a stain on my paint.......but it came off after using a rubbing compound and then giving it a nice wax......There's basically no need for those pieces, it just comes as a protectant from the factory.......I used a heat gun to take mine off and I think that works best.......just don't keep it on the plastic too long or your paint is gonna come off with it....Good Luck Man 8)

Are you referring to the side on the body and not the door right? I remember mine were discolored and i just clay bar'ed them clean..they because white again!

Edit: my stickers were still stuckhard...dirt was on top of the sticker...hence the claybar worked...since your sticker is loose...don't know??

^Yeah, that's them...Problem is, I think they're coming unstuck (especially the passenger side) and the discoloration is from the dirt trapped underneath. I could be wrong...Hell, I'll try the clay bar and see if it does any good. Thanks
