Gonna use 4 of the channels to power my MB Quart QTC25 Tweeters and my Seas CA18RNX mids, then have the sub channel power a single JL 10W6V2.

The center channel speaker will not be used

Nope, I just bought it, I recieve it on Saturday. I should have my Clarion DRZ9255 back from the "Showdown"
