I'm trying to find a headunit that will hold 5 or 6 cd's... does anyone know of one?

look for something that came from the factory. Toyota made 6 disc in dash changers.

exactly... i dont recall anything aftermarket that's a double din 6 disc indash

JVC and Kenwood has a multiple Disc changer that is Double Din.

I forget the model #'s but i had the Kenwood one when i first bought the solara. It was a 3 disc Cd changer that was right up front in dash. The face folds down and you have 3 cd slots. It was a expensive unit. Cost me $500 bucks. I ended up selling it for the Tv system i got now.

Im sure you can find one on ebay.

Nakamichi used to have a couple units out there that fit those stats

Nakamichi... I didn't even think about them. Good call!

And I'll definitely check out the Kenwood. Had some bad luck with JVC, so I'm a little hesitant about that.
