With this new AVIC-n2 I notice that the reception for radio isn't as good as with the old HU how can I boost the antennas POWA!

I'm having the same issue with my Valor unit...but I have NO AM reception whatsoever...

OK, this is a wild idea I just thought of, and you might have a better idea... Maybe you can try tapping the antenna wire and placing another antenna somewhere within the car, which you can also loop it around the first wire as a coil too, or do both.
